Is there a setting somewhere where I can prevent some of these idiots
sites from resizing the window. I have 21' Widescreen and it's real
annoying when these stupid sites assume I want the window maximized.
Opera had such a setting but I can't find it in IE.

Thanks.

Try these and see if it helps - please report back your findings.

It didn't work.

These settings must be done with IE closed.
Print the instructions and try again.

Hello,
Is there a setting somewhere where I can prevent some of these idiots
sites from resizing the window.

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment, but I have developed a
small command-line tool, Quero Launcher, which can work-around the issue.
Whenever a stupid site changes your default IE window size you can later
restore your prefered window settings with Quero Launcher.
