How to prevent fonts changing on Duplicate Slide

I have a mixture of stuff on a slide, and when I either copy and paste this
into a new slide, or select Insert Duplicate Slide, some of the fonts on the
'new' slide change.

I have deselected any and all options that suggest they are to blame, but to
no avail.

Any help very gratefully received!

Just thought I'd 'bump' this!

BTW, the changes are in the fonts used - in the pasted slide title and body.

What version of PPT?

And check Format, Replace fonts. Do any of the fonts used have a ? or a small
tt icon next to them (indicating that they're embedded)?
