How to prevent downloading flash on web pages? FlashToggler 2 stoped working after installing Flash

Hello
How to prevent downloading flash on web pages? I want to be able to right
click on flash placeholder and download the flash, as a picture.
FlashToggler 2 stopped working after installing Flash Player 7.
 
Have you tried to use a print screen ?
There is a button on your keyboard (Top Right)
Press it on the Flash Screen you are after and
then open a graphics editor (MS PAINT, PHOTOSHOP)Etc
Click on Edit-> Paste and youll have your Flash screen as
an image. There is also a good program call Snag-it or
capture that will grab screenshots.
 
I do not want IE 6 downloading a flash on web pages. IE 6 does not download
pictures. I can right click on a picture placeholder and download the
picture. I want to right click on a flash placeholder and download the flash
too when I want.
