HOW TO POST IN CYRILLIC ?

I'm trying to use OE to post to the RELCOM (Russian)
newsgroups.

Most of the posts seem to be in KO18 whatever that is.
I would like to post in the Cyrillic font as I see some messages
there using that font.

How do I configure OE to post messages in Cyrillic?

I plan to use the Babelfish translation engine which
will translate my English into Cyrillic ok if I stick to
simple sentences.
