Surf to
http://otn.oracle.com and join Oracle Tech Net. Then, download
ODP.NET for your version of Oracle (different for 9i (and earlier) and 10g).
Move away from OracleClient and start using ODP.NET:
(download here) =

OracleClient is a focus of Microsoft's, but realistically, it is an 8i
implementation. New features of 9i are not supported. Fortunately, the
ODP.NET providers are very similar in implementation (exact on many methods).
NOTE: There are samples for most types of hard problems you might encounter.
Not sure if a table data type is one of the problems sampled, but it is worth
a surf around the site to find out.
