How can I put a partition on a drive I'm currently using?
My problem is I have 2 Diablo games,1 for each kid,one
takes his to his friends house and uses it there, the
other is loaded here. Can't use this one while the other
is in use because the (cd key code).Thinks it's in use in
2 places,even though I bought another game.Need to create
a partition and load the game on it so it can separate
the 2 different game keys.Couldn't figure out what the
kid at best buy was saying.Don't want to scrap HD.

The only way you can create, delete, resize or merge existing partitions,
and not harm your existing Windows installation, is to purchase and use
a third-party partitioning program such as Partition Magic 8.

PartitionMagic 8.0 "Instructional Videos"

The alternative is to perform a "clean install" of Windows XP:

.
I bought another hard drive,it's a 40 Gig WD,it comes
with WD Lifeguard, can I use that when I mirror image,or
whatever it's called(bestbuy boy said mirror copy,I
think). When I Transfer it to the new hard drive can I
create a partition on it,and load the 2 game onto it and
run it from there?Or was this a waste like I'm thinking
it was.Either way I'll have a 40 to run with and the 30
for files.I bought it to partition but dont want to ruin
the data on the 1'st drive if possible.
