How to organize documents?

I like to have my documents grouped by type and I accidentally un-did it! Can
anyone tell me how to reorganize my documents by type? I have gone into the
"view" menu, but "organize by type" isn't an option like it was in XP.

View-Group By?

I had looked in "group by" and selected "more" but I didn't see the option
"type"...guess I didn't look hard enough because it's there! Once I selected
it I was able to organize everything the way I want it! It makes it so much
easier to find things :)
