How to open "winmail.dat" file attachment to email?

I have an email file attachment in "winmail.dat" format and can not figure out what program opens it? Any hints for an unsavy user? Thanks.
 
You asked that same question 4 hours ago. You can open it with Wordpad but
typically .dat files are data files for programs.

Why don't you go to the website for Winmail and find out how their program
operates?
