1st of all, I would like to say sorry if I've come the
wrong place to make a query, because I really don't know
where should I refer to!!

I have recently received some game and music files which
is in jar (game), and ota (music) files type. However very
unfortunately my pc was unable to open it! (I'm using a
Window ME os).

In this case, what programme should I use in order to
this files?? Where can I buy for it??

Kindly please help me out, and your assistant are very
much appreciated.

TQ.

far as I know, JAR files are java archived runtime files, not compressed
files, so you really shouldn't open them...

RAR and ZIP are common www.winzip.com and www.winrar.com and www.winace.com
are the places to get those proggyz.
