How to open a PDF document in word 2007?

What you are asking is not possible. You need the Adobe Reader to open PDF
documents.

What you can do is copy and paste the text into Word or use OCR software to
convert the file into a format that Word can open.
 
You don't. You open it in a PDF reader, such as Adobe or Foxit.
