How to notify users by email of website changes

I would like to find some thing that would automatically notify of a change
on my website and also to have a monthly newsletter ( via "Majordomo") send
to email addresses. If this is not part of this news group, would you
kindly point me to the direction to go. Thanks.

What is it that you want to know? How to create a newsletter? How to use
Majordomo? Please be more specific.
 
I know how to create newsletters. I just want to know how to use Majordomo
where you can mass mail to the list that my users have subscribed to.
