Yes - two.

(1) STOP SHOUTING. All-caps is considered shouting, and therfore rude.

(2) Ask in a relevant newsgroup. This one is for questions about how to
design table structures in Microsoft Access, the database product.

I would suggest that you use either Microsoft Publisher or Microsoft
Word. There are newsgroups for these programs - scroll down the list
of programs on the screen. This newsgroup is for the database program
Microsoft Access, which would not be at all suitable for this task!

As noted... please don't type in all caps. It's hard to read and
considered impolite. All lower case is preferable if the shiftkey is
difficult for you.
