How to Network XP and NT Computers

I have a 3-computer network in my home. I used to run NT
on two of them and Win 98 on the 3rd. Recently I
replaced the computer running Win 98 with a new Dell
running XP, and have not been able to get the XP computer
to "see" the other two, and vice versa. Any ideas on how
to network XP and NT computers?
