How to Move outlook 2003 calendar to 2007

I want to move my outlook calendar from my current xp machine running outlook
2003 to a new machine running vista and outlook 2007. I figured out that to
move my mail files I just open my old PST folder on the new system and then
save the mail I want and then close the folder.
