How to move old Exchange account

I just changed to a new Exchange provider. I want to keep the emails and archive from my old Exchange account. How do I do that? all I need is the emails and archive emails.

Before removing the old Exchange account, copy the contents of the folders
to a local PST. If yiou remove the account you will lose access to anything
you had.
