how to move DC

  • Start date Start date
1- move all fsmo roles over to another DC.
2- Remove GC role
3- move any network services it has (DNS, DHCP, etc) to another server
3- Demote it member server
4- remove it from domain
5- build new server with same name
6- promote to DC
7- move network services to new server
8- all done...
