how to move category setup from desktop to laptop?

I use labels, colors, categories in Outlook 2002 on my
desktop. It took a long time to set it up. How can I
transfer my setup to my Laptop running a second Outlook
2002.

I move my calendar back and forth between the two
computers without trouble. The settings travel with the
calendar entries but they are not in the laptop outlook
system so that the categories are not available for new
appointments on the laptop.

I don't want to have to recreate the wheel on the laptop.
Any suggestions?

If your categories are in the Master Category List, you'll need to copy a
registry key. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/olcat.htm for
instructions. However, if you just added the categories directly to the
appointments, those categories are not automatically added to the Master
Category List -- they reside with the appointments themselves and should
transfer just fine when you copy the appointments.
