How to move an outlook account

hello.
i have a pc on which i have outlook xp and it contains my
mail account (pop3)

recently i bought a new computer and I want to move the
account to that computer
so what is the easiest way...
 
I find the best way is to write down what the incoming and outgoing settings
for the mail are and create a new account on your new pc.
