how to migrate local account and groups among w2k in same domain

Hello,
i'm configuring a w2k server and I need to have
duplicated local groups , accounts, permissions and
shares from another server.

moving files and folders with permissions i've seen that
i could use xcopy, share permissions but moving accounts,
I was wondering if someone has already passed through
this situation and could give a tip of which one it is
and how could I get it.

any comment will be welcome.

You might be able to use addusers from the Resource Kit. The KB link is about
NT4.0, but it will work on moving local users on W2K computer, but passwords
will not be exported. --- Steve
