How to merge exchange mailbox calendar and personal calendar?

OS is XP Pro. In Outlook 2003, we have a mailbox which connects to an
exchange server but the email is forwarded to a personal pst file. Is there
anyway to merge calendar items from the exchange based mailbox to the
personal pst calendar?

You can't forward mail to a PST. You can use a rule to move it there. Is
that what you mean?

If you want everything automatically stored in the PST, make your PST the
delivery location at the bottom left of Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next. Then
everything will be sucked off the Exchange server and placed in the PST. Be
warned, though, you'll lose the ability to have someone else see your
free/busy information or access your mailbox.

Dear Brian Tillman,

After all the message delivery to the personal folder, how about the
Calendar ? If some one send a appointment to you and you accept it. Where
the appointment go ? at the mailbox calendar or the personal folder calendar ?

If I want all the appointment enter into one Calendar automatically, what
should I do ?

Thank you !

Reg,
William

It will go into whatever Calendar folder is part of your delivery location.
If the location is the Exchange mailbox, that Calendar will be used. If the
delivery location is a PST, that Calendar will be used.

I don't know how to any more explicit than I've been.
