How to measure the server-side response time (service delay) for IIS?

I hope I could measure the server-side response time for IIS. Could
use performance mornitor to do so or I should use other tools? Than

You can use perf monitor to check this. You can use a web stress tool (in
the IIS resource kit) that will stress the web server and you can watch the
results in perfmon.
