On the title master, I format background with a picture of the beach. How
can I make some waves i.e. animate the water? I tried to draw a rectangle
with 99% transparency and no lines to cover the water and then ......

Any suggestions?

Using semi-transparent autoshapes is a good way to go. Experiment with
applying some EMPHASIS GROW/SHRINK animations. Set to WITH PREVIOUS. Make
one go HORIZONTAL ONLY and 1500%. Make a second one (applied to same object)
to VERTICAL ONLY and 150%. Make timing for both manually slow at 12-20
seconds. Be sure these are set to REPEAT UNTIL END OF SLIDE and REVERSE.

If you want to make the effect real cool and simpler,

1. Install Shyam Pillai's LIVEWEB plugin, http://skp.mvps.org/ This plugin
allows yoyu to embed, or iframe a HTML document into the slide.
2. Design the HTML page with the wave effect using java applets...you may
find these applets throughout the net.
3. With LIVEWEB, iframe 100% the slide area where the HTML document will
show.
