How to make the font fit the box.

Hello,

Is there some magic I can use to size a font so it fits exactly in a
label/textbox of a given size?

You can measure the string using a graphics object and look at the
height. If it doesn't fit decrease font size.This is for the Height.

I was afraid of that. Isn't there some general rule of thumb I can follow
to make a decent guesstimate first so I make the least number of retries
before I find the right height?
