Hi,

I have a form with a subform that displays a list of records (continuous
form view). This subform updates every 30 seconds.

What I would like to do is when a certain field in one of the records on the
Subform changes from no to yes, I would like the record that has changed to
either change colour or flash on and off.

Can anyone advise if this is possible with continuous form view or how I
might be able to achieve this?

Thanks,
GLT.

Depends on your version of Access. I think Conditional Formatting came
in with AccessXP (2002). Select the field and choose Conditional
Formatting from the menu.

I'd recommend color rather than flashing, just because I find flashing
SO annoying!

Hi John,

I'm using Access 2003 and checked it out. It's exactly what I was looking
for. Thanks.
