how to make outlook available to other users on same xp computer

My wife and I have sperate log ons for windows XP Professional but I can not
figure out how to make Outlook available to her

Richard,

First have your ISP assign her a username and password, then when she logs
on, she can open Outlook and establish account -- Tools - E-mail accounts
and set it up.
