I need to know where I can buy or get software to make my
Hp Pavilion computer hands free so that it will type what
my husband says since he is unable to use his hands. I
have checked at local office supply companies and wal-mart
they don't know where to get it either. Any help would
be a God send!

That's a hard problem to battle alone in my opinion!
Best if you can find some rehabilitation service to
help you test what works best for your husband before
you buy. I only know the programs from Dragon - often
used by people with medium/high spinal cord injuries -
but your situation might be different:

As Haus says, there are many other options for
handsfree than voice input!
