How to make circles with quadrants like Consumer Reports uses?

I need those circles, divided inside into 4 quadrants, that Consumer Reports
uses to rate products. You know, where a weak product is a blank circle or
has only 1 of 4 quadrants filled in, while a great product has 3 - 4
quadrants filled in.

Have looked around Clip Art, tried to make them from charts in Excel....am
hoping someone can just point me to a place I can download them as a JPEG or
other format.

Thanks

Auto shapes > Circle (You can leave it at the default size and resize
later.) > Format > Fill with the color you want.

Right click on the circle, copy, then from the edit menu, choose 'Paste
Special' > Picture (Enhanced metafile). Repeat this four times.

Now the circles are 'pictures', not 'objects'. From the picture toolbar,
choose 'Crop'. Now, you can crop 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 off the top of the
picture to give you 3/4, 1/2, and 1/4.

If you want to make it look like the circles are filled 1/4, 12, and 3/4,
right click on the original circle (or make another one), Format > Fill > No
Fill. Right click and Paste, not Paste Special, three times.

Now, you have four empty circles (with a border) which you can lay over the
1/4, 1/2 ,3/4 and full circles. After you overlay the empty circle over the
colored wedge, press Control, and left click to select the picture (colored
wedge) and the object (empty circle), right click, and group. Do this for
each of the pairs.

Now you can resize them as you like.

Just thought of this and did it in 1/10 the time it took to explain it.
There may be an easier way that I don't know of... but it worked for me.

If you start the arc autoshape by holding the Ctrl and Shift keys down
while making the size of one quadrant, it will be 1/4 or one quadrant.
It can be filled with the color that you need. Using the adjustment
handles, the other quadrants can be created as you need. That is my
quarter's worth for now.

Important note:

When creating the colored circles, also select 'No Line'

Subsequently, when editing the original back to 'No Fill', you'll have to
put the line back...

There are a couple of options mentioned there in addition to the suggestions
you've already received.
