how to make a share calendar

I am wondering how I make a shared calendar that can be viewed by everyone in
our building. I work for a humane society and there are about 20 people that
need to view a calendar of animals that go to their new homes each day.

What is your software environment? Exchange server? Outlook/Office
version?
