How to make a form in into my default mail form

I created a form named "bcc_NM.oft" which I can use by choosing Tools,
Forms, Choose a form, User templates in file system, and then double clicking
on the form's name.
I'd prefer to either [a] make the form into my default mail form, or
create a macro that opens the form. Actually, even if someone is able to
show me how to make the form (bcc_NM.oft) into my default email form, I'd
like to know how to create the macro.
