how to make a folder privet

how can I password protect a folder on a computer when
other need to use the same computer, I just don't want
them to be able to get into one folder

Use ntfs permissions to give permissions to only allowed users to the
folder. You will have to remove the everyone and/or users group and add just
allowed users. Keep in mind any user with administrator powers can take
ownership and change permissions to give themselves access to any folder on
the computer. Be sure to test your final configuration. --- Steve
