how to make a backup for data in tables?

Someone who knows how to backupping data saved in tables? And how to restore data in empty tables from data backupped?
it is ok to use the "save" method for adodb.recordset

Look at TransferDatabase in help. The 'Save' method in ADO exists for
persisting recordsets to file system and is not really intended for backups
as you can easily have joins across tables in that recordset (amongst other
reasons).
