How to loop throught items selected in .....

In a form I have a List Box which allows multi select. I need to update some
fields on a table which is required the field from the selected items in the
list box. as a parameter. How to loop throught the selected items in the
list box and update the fields in a table? How to create a recordset on the
list box and filter out the selected item? Thanks.

listbox in order to generate an SQL query, but it can be adapted easily to
write to a table via an update query or via a recordset.
