Can someone offer a list of steps for locking down an XP workstation that
will be set up in a public place for anyone's use? The machine is on a 2003
domain. I obviously want to prevent some banana eater from screwing up the
machine, either intentionally or unintentionally.

I have the network and firewall part nailed down, but I need some help with
the actual workstation.

Thanks

I would suggest that you unplug the computer unit, then take a pair of large
side cutters and cut the power cord.
This way no one can use it.
