how to lock a server after a period of inactivity

Is there a way to lock a W2K server after a period of
inactivity using group policy? If yes...where can i
configure this?

I think seting a password protected screen saver will be the easiest.
Some of these settings are available in:
User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Control Panel\Display
