How to Lock a Form so it cannot be moved w/o min & max buttons on title bar.

Your users will hate you unless you have a *really* good reason (only one I
can think of is software running on a public terminal).

I'm not sure how it's done, sorry. You might try the windows forms faq (do a
search).
