Hi,all!
How to locate a news-message via a URL ? I remember I've seen it here
before, and the URL includes the Message-ID.

Thanks in advanced.

Sorry,I think I didn't express what I meant exactlly.
I didn't what to find a news-message.
I want to locate a news-message,for example,to locate this news-message via
a URL.
That is,when I click the URL,I can locate this news-message.

Thank Dave Patrick for your reply.

But,if I want to open the Outlook Express when I click the URL,that means I
want the URL using the protocol, then how to write the URL ?

Thanks in advanced.
