I need a way (using Active Directory tools, or a windows line command), to
list all our users, and then include all the folders they have security
access to, and what "kind" of access (read, write, full, modify, etc).

Thanks,

There is no Microsoft provided tool for this - You can try to use some
scripts but you have to develop them on Your own.

I came across a tools from http://www.visualclick.com/ - but I haven't
tried them yet, so I can't provide You with a first hand information.

I believe Security Explorer from www.scriptlogic.com will do that too.

Instead of the website you're using, I suggest to use OEx (Outlook Express
or any other newsreader), and configure a news account, pointing to
news.microsoft.com. This is a direct link to the Microsoft Public
Newsgroups. It is FREE and requires NO ISP's Usenet account. OEx allows you
to easily find, track threads, cross-post, sort by date, poster's name,
watched threads or subject.
