How to link to different tabs in the same Excel file

I have a table in PPt. In that table, I need several links to different
worksheets (tabs) in the same Excel workbook. How can I make each hyperlink
open up it's related supporting worksheet data?

If you create the link starting in Excel, it should work. Ie:

Copy the content from Excel
Switch to PPT and Paste Special, Link
 
I just discovered the "Paste as hyperlink" option under Paste Special.
