How to link text to other text in a document?

I'm working on a document where I need to enter a Client's name in several
places within the document. I would like to type it once and have it populate
in the other places without cutting and pasting. Any help?

Use a cross reference, Tina. See this:

Your source does NOT have to be a form field, but it's easiest. Perhaps a
fill-in form is what you want anyway:

Thanks, Anne. It worked! However, the source is in a different font than in
the rest of the document. Can I set it up to print in the current font in
that section?

If you select the inserted cross-reference area and format it, it should
keep that formatting. I have never had a problem.
