You could create a macro and use the 'RunApp' action. In
the command line type the location of you PC's adobe
application file (Acrobat.exe) in double inverted commas
followed by the location of the .pdf file you wish to open
in double inverted commas. For example if you wish to
open 'Document1.pdf' which is in 'C:\My Documents', you
would type:
"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 5.0
\Acrobat\Acrobat.exe""C:\My Documents\Document1.pdf"
This will launch Acrobat and then open your file
