Hello All,
Please could someone tell me how on our network we could limit the length of the name word uses by default to save a document? Basically if you don't manually type a name for a document that you want to save word picks up the first sentence in the document which could be ridiculously long. Problem being over a certain length and various bits of software such as some of our backup software has a fit.
So what I would like to be able to do is maybe force the user to have to manually type a name by getting word to not suggest anything at all when they save a file thus forcing the user to choose a short name.
