How to limit domain account to be used for Service account Only

Help me here please.

I created a domain account and made it as a member of
Local administrators account for all my 70 Servers.
I want to restrict this account to be used only for
Service account and not to login etc etc..
Is there a way to do that? Dont want this account to be
abused will be solely for Service account.

Not so sure that you can do this! Plus, think about for what purpose you
are using it.

If you are the only one who knows the password, then only you can use the
account.
