how to layout

I am designing an car audio install appointment book
3 of the fields will be Yr. Make and Model of the vehicle
when i select a specific Yr. ex 2002
then a specific make is selected ex Ford
i would like the field "Model" to give me selection in drop down box
that Lists Aerostar; Taurus; F Series Pickup; Mustang; Thunderbird
but i would like if a new vehicle is Typed in like Focus it would add
it to the Dropdown box
any and all advice would be great

Use the Combo Box's NotInList event. See Dev Ashish's sample code:
