how to know the WAN IP?

if it is masked withe the rounter
what is the command to know the WAN IP?

if i type ipconfig in the command prompt
it show only the LAN IP

so what to do that

There is no command.
The OS does not know about the external IP.

You'd need to either:

Query the router
( most routers have a status page you can look at );

-or-

Go to an external site like:
http://www.whatismyip.com
