how to keep rules and accounts when moving outlook.pst to new mach

This data most be somewhere. It definitely doesn't come over when you just
move the .pst file. I always have to just recreate the rules and accounts
when I move things over. I would very much like not to have to do that.

Both machines are Windows XP and Outlook 2003 with all current patches
installed.

Help greatly appreciated.

You could export/import rules using the following link-

As for Outlook, there's no method to export the settings. Its recommended to
re-create the settings so that it doesnt corrupt any working of Outlook.

Start>All Programs>Microsoft Office Tools>Save My Setting Wizard usually
works just fine.
