Matt

I have a Video editing system that's been streamlined with the minimum
software running on NT4 sp6. It doesn't have IE installed and
unfortunately I just installed a graphics software update that says it
needs at least IE 4 installed in order to register (although it doesn't
need to connect to the internet for this registration process) Now the
problem is that I have absolutely no way of hooking this computer up to
the internet, so is there a way to get IE (any version higher than 4) on
a disk so I can install it on my system?

So there's no way to download it from their site and burn it to a disk?
I only ask because our edit suite will be partially down while I wait
for the shipment and I would rather resolve this today or tomorrow.

Do you happen to know if that works if you aren't on a network and
simply burn the folder to a disk?

And thanks for the link, for some strange reason I have never been able
to master Microsoft's support search engine!

I've never tried it.

Most of us use Google to search the Microsoft Knowledge Base. The MS Search
engine is terrible.

If anyone cares... it does work off a CD.
