How to install xp HOME on a system with xp professional

The xp pro on the system is bootleged and we have bought a
new XP home version. What is the proceedure to replace
the XP pro with the XP home?

As Jupiter advised, you have no alterternative using the Home version, but
if it is worth it; you can save your current configuration if you use the
Pro version to change the CD KEY.
