How to install unsigned driver in Vista

Dear,

I installed Vista Starter. I am in Pakistan and here we have Wireless
telephone line called PTCL V-Wireless. Its modem driver which is connected
with PC via USB, is not digitally signed with microsoft. But there is no
other driver available. How can I forcely install and use this phone modem
to connect internet.

What happens when you try to install the driver? While Vista is not listed,
try the instructions for XP on this page:

http://www.ptclwireless.com.pk/internet_installation_prcdr.htm

You can install unsigned drivers in Vista (if you get an Unsigned Driver
warning, tell the dialog to install anyway). Whether or not they will work
is another question...
