problem to do this, i try to format my comp, but can't...
I have trying to find help in Microsoft site, but it
doesn't help. Pls help me... how...

Did you format as NTFS?

If you are running FAT32, you can use one of your old ME
emergency or W98 emergency floppy to run FDISK.

But if you are running NTFS, you'll need to boot the XP CD,
select new install, partition the drive, deleting the
current partition and then use FAT32. Once the hard drive
is FAT32 you should be able to abort the XP install and use
the ME CD to install ME.

I have not done this and I do think there complete
instructions. It might be best to let the XP FAT32 install
complete and then boot with a floppy to run FDISK.
