We have 800 Windows XP-SP2 users that we need to install few IE6 ActiveX
controls. All of them do NOT have administrative rights. Of course
Admin-equivalent users do not have any problems.
We do have a 2003 domain, GPOs, SMS, and lots of techies here, however it
seems there is no solution.
Is there a way to give users rights to install these ActiveX, without giving
them full Admin rights.

Is there a way to install a activeX from command-line (so we can push it
with SMS)
